Professional development — a platform for open dialogue and new solutions

A roundtable discussion on the topic "Problems and prospects in organizing professional development courses" was held at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education with the participation of trainees enrolled in the September professional development courses.

During the meeting, which was organized in the spirit of open dialogue, the participants exchanged views on issues of interest to them regarding the professional development process, existing problems, and their practical solutions. Additionally, suggestions were made on further harmonizing the course content with practical activities, as well as the effective use of modern teaching methods and digital opportunities.

The opinions and suggestions of the participants are an important factor in improving the professional development system and increasing its practical significance and effectiveness. Through such open dialogues, the Institute pays special attention to organizing the professional development process in a needs-oriented and effective manner.
