A working meeting was held on the development of a competency-based cluster-module platform based on the Russian model.

Within the framework of the project "Development of a competency-based cluster-module platform in technical vocational education organizations based on the Russian model," representatives of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education and the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University held a meeting.

The issues of developing cooperation between the two institutions and preparing a draft cooperation agreement were discussed. Special attention was paid to the development and practical implementation of a competency-cluster and modular model for personnel training. The development of research collaboration, joint research on current issues, exchange of experience, and the organization of joint scientific and practical events (conferences, seminars, roundtables) were also considered.

At the end of the meeting, the priority directions and mechanisms for future cooperation between the parties, as well as the main ways of implementing joint activities, were determined.
