Modern vocational education is the foundation for training competitive personnel.

On August 24–25 of this year, the republic-wide "August Council" conference was held under the motto "Modern vocational education – quality, digitalization, and international integration".

During the conference, the results of the past academic year were analyzed, and issues of improving education quality in the 2026/2027 academic year, introducing modern and modular educational programs, digitalization, and strengthening cooperation with employers were discussed. International experts, partner organizations, employers, and representatives of the vocational education system participated in the event, and the priority tasks for the development of the sector were defined.

The initiatives put forward at the "August Council" will serve to train competitive and qualified personnel that meet the requirements of the labor market.
