The "Xalq So‘zi" newspaper has published an article by the Director of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education.

On 5 July 2026, in Issue No. 136 of the Xalq So‘zi newspaper, an article entitled "A New Era of Opportunities for Youth" by Professor Khayot Sharipovich Kadirov, Director of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education and Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, was published.

The article provides a scientific and analytical overview of the essence of the youth policy being implemented in New Uzbekistan. It comprehensively discusses the broad opportunities being created for young people through the development of human capital, the transition to a knowledge-based economy, the preparation of specialists for modern occupations that meet labour market demands, the promotion of youth employment, support for entrepreneurship, and the improvement of mechanisms for innovative development.

The publication also offers detailed information on reforms aimed at improving the quality of education, preparing young people for modern professions, introducing digital technologies, fostering innovation, supporting talented youth, expanding international cooperation, and strengthening young people's social engagement and civic responsibility.

Special attention is given to youth as the country's principal human capital, the new stage of the state youth policy, the growing importance of the knowledge economy and intellectual labour, the outcomes of social support measures for young people, and the development of education and vocational training for modern professions.
