A roundtable discussion on preventing corruption was held at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education.

On June 26, 2026, in accordance with the action plan to be implemented on “Prevention of and Combating Corruption within the System of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation” approved by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 11, 2025, a meeting was held aimed at developing employees’ zero-tolerance attitude towards corruption.

During the meeting, specialists from the Law Enforcement Academy conducted awareness-raising activities and roundtable discussions at our Institute on the following topics related to preventing and combating corruption:

→ Legal consequences of corruption-related offenses;
→ Rules of ethics and conduct for civil servants;
→ Organizational and legal foundations for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest;
→ Procedures for giving and receiving gifts.

For the participants of the meeting, video materials and content on the topics “Accept Academic Integrity as Your Own Law” and “The Honesty Vaccine and the Most Important Reforms Implemented on the Initiative of the Head of State in the Fight Against Corruption” were presented.

The main speaker of the event was Rasulova Gulbahor Abidjanovna, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from the “Scientific and Educational Center for Combating Corruption” of the Law Enforcement Academy, who actively participated and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
