An International Seminar Was Organized at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education

On May 20 of this year, at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education, a practical seminar was organized for participants of professional development courses on the topic “Developing the Skill of Forecasting and Visioning the Future” in cooperation with ACWA Power and EWA Academy, conducted by international expert Emaz Jurayfani and the project manager of the “Shirin Energy Technical College Development Project” Abdulmajid Azouz.

During the seminar, special attention was paid to the development of skills in strategic thinking in modern education, forward-looking planning, innovative approaches, and preliminary analysis of global labour market needs. Participants were provided with practical recommendations on analysing changes driven by future professions, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, as well as making quick and effective decisions in problem situations.

This seminar played an important role in developing participants’ professional competencies, shaping innovative thinking skills, and learning from international experience.
