An Important Meeting on the Way to Bringing International Cooperation to a New Level

On May 20, 2026, an official meeting was held between Kadirov Khayot Sharipovich, Director of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education, and Golubovskiy Valeriy Nikolaevich, an expert in the field of vocational education of the Republic of Belarus.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged detailed views on the current state of cooperation, the results of implemented projects, and priority areas for future collaboration. In particular, Golubovskiy Valeriy Nikolaevich presented detailed information on the work carried out in cooperation with the Institute, achieved results, and future joint initiatives.

The following important issues were also discussed during the meeting:

💠 The activities of the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education of the Republic of Belarus and establishing cooperation with this institution;

💠 Based on the experience of the Republic of Belarus, introducing into practice such important areas as identifying the demand for professions at the Institute, establishing cooperation with advanced vocational skills technical colleges, and developing the professional capacity of mentors assigned by enterprises;

💠 Improving the draft decision on the transformation of the Institute with the participation of international experts;

💠 Improving 60 educational programmes developed on the basis of professional standards and international education programmes based on the conclusions of foreign experts (Golubovskiy Valeriy Nikolaevich was involved as an expert in the programme review process and assigned to provide expert evaluations for certain programmes).

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation consistently, widely introduce advanced international experience into the vocational education system, and implement new joint projects. An agreement was reached to engage Golubovskiy Valeriy Nikolaevich as an international expert consultant of the Institute and to develop targeted plans for his contribution to the development of vocational education.
