An important step in updating educational programs

To ensure the continuity of vocational education programs and to train competitive specialists based on international educational standards, another practical seminar was organized at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education.

Representatives of the Swiss “Helvetas” project, the Tourism Committee, the Hotel and Chefs Associations of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent College of Tourism and Hotel Management, as well as experienced specialists and educators from the tourism and cultural heritage colleges of Andijan, Bukhara, Zomin, Margilan, Khiva, Bostanlyk, and Tashkent participated in the seminar.

During the event, issues related to the development of modular educational programs for professions and specialties in the tourism sector for the 2026–2027 academic year were comprehensively discussed. This initiative will further enhance the quality of training qualified personnel with modern knowledge and practical skills in the field.
