Today, on February 17, an extraordinary meeting of the Academic and Pedagogical Council was held at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education.

At the extraordinary meeting of the Institute Council, the competition tasks developed for the first and second stages of the Republican professional skills competition “Builders of the New Uzbekistan – 2026”, which is to be organized in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–316 dated October 23, 2025, were discussed. These included the task assignments by profession, competition schemes, lists of equipment, raw materials to be used, and assessment criteria.

In addition, the agenda included the following issues:

• Optimization of the teaching workload of the Institute’s departments, improvement of education quality, enhancement of educational and methodological documents, and the ongoing work aimed at the wide implementation of modern digital technologies into the educational process;

• Further development of scientific research activities, strengthening the capacity of pedagogical staff, and reinforcement of internal control mechanisms.
