A training on “Effective Coaching and Facilitation Principles” has started.

Employees of the Institute for the Development of Professional Education are actively participating in a three-day training currently being held at the A. Avloni National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence.

This training, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and UNESCO, with financial support from the Trust Fund, represents the third module of the program and serves as a logical continuation of the previous stages. Alongside our institute’s specialists, selected trainers from the Bukhara, Fergana, and Surkhandarya regions have been engaged in the training process. A total of 21 master trainers are participating.

In the future, these master trainers will play a leading role in preparing 300 mentors.
