Representatives of the Namangan and Andijan vocational education systems exchanged experience in Germany

A delegation consisting of the heads of the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Namangan and Andijan regions and technical schools organized a business trip to Leipzig, Germany, on November 10-12, 2025.

The purpose of the visit is to reach practical agreements on the implementation of the dual education system in Namangan in cooperation with the German center “Zentrum für Aus-und Weiterbildung Leipzig GmbH” (“ZAW-Leipzig”).

During the trip, the delegation members got acquainted with the educational and practical processes organized in the areas of electrical engineering, metalworking and gastronomy (cooking) at the ZAW-Leipzig center. Negotiations were also held with the center’s management on the prospects for cooperation.

As part of the visit, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Leipzig, Siemens Energy and Amazon BBG enterprises were also visited, and the conditions created on the basis of dual education and the processes for placing graduates in employment were studied.
